"We've put a lot of work into getting this right, and people are already noticing the difference," said James Anderson, licensed esthetician in Bellevue.
Staff say appointment requests have climbed roughly 11 percent since word spread locally. The business currently employs 4 licensed practitioners and plans to add more positions if demand keeps pace.
