Blue Mountain Vintners Founder Joins State Tourism Board

The announcement is the latest sign of momentum for Walla Walla's business community, which has drawn growing attention from investors across the Pacific Northwest.

"We've put a lot of work into getting this right, and people are already noticing the difference," said Jennifer Martin, founder in Walla Walla.

The company now employs roughly 61 people across its Washington operations, with plans to keep hiring if growth holds through next year. Leadership says Walla Walla's talent pipeline was a deciding factor in choosing to expand locally rather than out of state.
